I bridge Silicon Valley and the creative world. Computer scientist by training, founder by nature, and the woman making AI make sense for the people building the next era of beauty, fashion, music, and wellness.
Nashville, TN · Legally Blonde meets Silicon Valley

Engineering degree in one hand, lipstick in the other.

Computer science at Rice. Data analytics at Georgia Tech. Years shipping software and product inside some of the most technically demanding companies in the country. Then I took all of it and went out on my own: a creator brand teaching AI to creative founders, a strategy consultancy, and a 200-member women's entrepreneurship community in Nashville.
The same calendar holds board-level strategy calls, golf rounds, live music shows, and two-step nights, and fashion comes into every room with me as its own art form. Lifting other brilliant women runs underneath all of it, whether I'm hosting, connecting, or making introductions across Nashville, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco.
Fearlessness is how I move. I learn relentlessly, build boldly, and have never once needed permission to bet on myself.
The technical fluency and design curriculum that set the foundation for my engineering career.
Analytics on the business track. Numbers only matter when they can tell a story and move a decision.
A selective engineering leadership program at one of the world's largest technology companies. Industrial-scale software, product rotations across the business, and an early taste for operating beyond the code.
Built a data analytics and visualization platform from scratch at a venture-backed Silicon Valley biotech, and owned the entire UX and frontend product portfolio.
Early in my product career I clocked that the rare operators fluent in both product and marketing end up being exceptionally transformational in business. So I made myself one of them: I built my own consultancy and ran myself through a self-designed MBA, equal parts AI tools, the right books, and reps earned in the startup ecosystem and closing high-ticket deals. Engineering gave me the build. Everything since gave me the range to launch into entrepreneurship.
Tech Barbie makes AI accessible and exciting for creative founders. Lumia Strategy is where I turn a founder's vision into reality. (HER) Parlour is the room where 200+ women rise together. And the next chapter is loading...

Heels optional. Engineering brain non-negotiable.
AI education with diva energy. I teach creative founders how to leverage AI in their modern ventures. For the women who always needed a Silicon Valley voice fluent in fashion, beauty, and big vision.
Follow along →My consultancy. AI business scans, implementation partnerships, fractional executive engagements, and advisory seats for businesses ready to run on intelligence instead of instinct alone.
lumiastrategy.com →The women's entrepreneurship community I co-founded at Soho House Nashville. 200+ founders, artists, and operators who turn every gathering into a runway, part strategy session, part coffee, wine, and very good conversation. I've spent my whole career pulling women toward big, fearless projects, and this is the room where it happens.
Meet the community →Gina speaks and consults at this intersection in creative business, bringing real technical depth to audiences bored by generic tech talk. She makes complex technology genuinely exciting, translating it into takeaways that leave people inspired, educated, and ready to transform how they work.

The best material never comes from behind a desk. Here's what fills the rest of the calendar.
Varsity in high school, leisure now. I play when I travel and I play to build community in Nashville.
Connoisseur with the paperwork on the way: I sit for my WSET Level 2 this fall. Ask what's in my glass and plan to stay a while.
Ballroom in college. These days it's two-step, swing, Latin, and Nashville line dancing, purely for the joy of it.
Obsessed with the strategy. Every board is business practice: three moves ahead, always.
Avid weightlifter with a bootcamp habit. Tires get flipped, sandbags get thrown, battle ropes get no mercy.
International whenever possible. Greece, Italy, Spain, and Paris hold the current top spots, golf clubs welcome.
I sing, play guitar and piano, and take the stage a few times a year. My first business was a karaoke and DJ company I started at ten, so performing and building have run side by side for as long as I can remember.
